Great praise is due to the director and founder of the Jewish Theater of Austria, Mr. Warren Rosenzweig, for his tireless search for a house for the Jewish Theater. And he has found one in the Nestroyhof – a place completely unknown to nearly everyone, a place that has survived its recent misuse.Alone, the fact that it has survived should be acknowledged as a call for help and as a reminder of the empty space that Austrian Jewish culture must once again fill in our country. These lost spiritual and intellectual riches must be given a space where Austrian Jewish culture can again visibly recover from the wrongs of the past.Give the Jewish Theater of Austria a home – a forum for its active contributions to Austrian cultural life!I am certain that this chance will not be missed by our politicians, for if it would be, it would be a disgrace. With best wishes for this great endeavor. Break a leg!
